It'd really important that you read the following carefully to prepare for your time at Love Story:

Before you arrive

• Please do not arrive early (or late) to your appointment. This is to avoid interrupting the bride before/after yourself. If you are early and a bride is still in her appointment, please wait until your time slot before entering.

​

•  It’s also a really good idea to have ‘The Budget Chat’ prior to your appointment so that we can avoid putting the bride in something she falls in love with but cannot have. Nobody wants that! We try to keep our gowns under £2500 but most fall under £2000 and we have a selection of Sample Sale dresses available all year round for under £995.

Before you arrive

•  It is SO important that you bring the right people with you to your appointment – I cannot stress this enough! So many brides bring too many people or not the right people. Lots find ‘The One’ when they ‘just nipped in to get an idea’ and then are gutted when that special person isn’t there to share that ‘I Found My Dress’ moment that you can’t get back. PLEASE make sure you bring everybody you need to say 'Yes' with to your appointment.

• We kindly ask that you do not bring children under 8years to your bridal appointment. There are lots of breakable, unsafe things in-store and brides tend to become stressed and distracted when young children are present. Guests of the bride are not permitted to bring young children.

​

• We recommend brides bring no more than 2-3 guests to avoid confusion and overwhelm. Brides tend to get overly stressed with too many guests and we do offer 'Reveal' appts once you have chosen a gown if need be.

•  Feel free to set up Zoom/Facetime etc. (Please have this set up prior to your appt to save time)
